Nicul 7" Santoku Knife - Titanium Blade - Orange PP Handle

Modern Santoku knife, from our Spirit Titanium Collection. It has a very sharp 7-1/8" blade made of durable gray-black Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating. Blade has a hollow edge that prevents food from sticking. Handle is comfortable, with excellent grip, made of orange PP (Polypropylene).

Its slightly curved edge and balanced weight allows you to easily chop, slice, dice and mince using a rocking motion technique. And its hollow edge prevents food from sticking.

• Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
